The special product designed and produced by the company this time is that the customer requires the hoist lifting height to reach 65m, but the reel length is only 0.702m. To wire a sufficient length of steel wire rope on the 0.702m reel, only four Layer winding polyline reel form. Prior to this, only two layers of winding polyline reels were made in the entire group, and no such products have been made, so there is no precedent to draw on.

From the moment the order was received, the company's chairman Long Hongxin and general manager Ma Huiyan paid special attention to it, repeatedly asked about the design and manufacturing of the product, and gave timely guidance. The entire design and production process was actively cooperated and assisted by the company's various departments and Zhongyi Materials, Henan Weihua, Purui and other brother companies.

 

When the drawing of the reel was sent to the machining workshop, because the workpiece was too small, the CNC heavy-duty lathe with machining line functions in the workshop could not be installed and installed with a center frame. After hearing the news, Li Baolin, deputy manager of the process department, proposed two volumes. The drum leaves enough process margins, conjoined cutting and processing methods, and coordinated implementation and follow-up guidance until the processing of the roll line part is completed. Because the reel ring is wound in four layers, the operator of the machining center has not prepared such a program before. Li Jingyu, deputy manager of the process department, Zhai Haijun, director of the machining department, and Fu Pu, director of the product design department, follow and guide for three consecutive days. Adding points and coordinating with each other, finally finished the workpiece processing on October 23, and completed the assembly welding, assembly, and rope test procedures on the next day, and passed the test once.

 

During this period, Deputy Chief Engineer Wang Tieshan was still at the machining site every night at 8 or 9 o'clock, and guided the work of the workpiece to ensure the quality and progress of the product processing; Minister Chang Junwei of Zhongyi Materials directly stationed in Xinxiang to assist the reel components Sun Jiru and Zhen Shengkuan kept coordinating the processing, and Wang Fangfang, the director of the planning department, and Han Bingyun, the director of the planning department, repeatedly coordinated by phone to follow up the production of the products.

 

In the end, the product was completed on schedule with the joint efforts of all relevant personnel, and successfully passed the test. It provided a satisfactory answer to the design and manufacture of the new product, which laid the foundation for the company's design, development, and manufacturing of high hoisting hoists.
