                                The automatic climbing cranes, used for wind power maintenance.  researched and developed by Nucleon cranes,  mainly consist of 4 parts:  the self-adaptive climbing system which can clamp without scathe. the  high folding hoist system, the hydraulic system and the electrical  control system.
 
The self-adaptive climbing system realizes the entire climbing by  contacting the folded-arms equipment made of special polymer material  with wind tower. On the one hand. it can reduce the wear to the minimum  when increasing the friction; on the other hand. the four units of  folded-arms legs works by extension jack. The high folding hoist system  is made up of winch, slewing mechanism, flexible device. The hydraulic  system not only improves the safety, but also reduces resources  consumption and hidden dangers, which guarantees reliable operation of  the whole plant. At present, the product has applied for 5 national  patents.
 
With the popularity and application of automatic climbing cranes, it  will greatly shorten the maintenance time. reduce the maintenance cost  and overturn the traditional means of maintenance. So it will make a  positive influence to the development of global wind power industry.
